Return shipment

You may optionally cancel your purchase within 14 days after receipt of the goods and return these goods.
 
Returns:
In case of a return, please contact our customer service at retoure@expert-marking.de.
We will send you a shipping label for the return shipment. Shipments delivered freight collect will not be accepted.
Please note that we only accept goods in original and undamaged condition.
You will receive a refund of the purchase price after receipt of the goods and verification of the return for the payment method you chose at the time of purchase.

Exchange/repair:
Please also contact our customer service at retoure@expert-marking.de.
You will receive a replacement after the goods have been received and inspected.
